Welcome to Washington North Carolina, the Heart of the Inner Banks.  Established in 1776, Washington is a town with deep historical roots with relaxing modern day touches.  During your visit, take the time to enjoy a stroll down our boardwalk, stretching along our town’s waterfront.  Afterwards, dine in one of our downtown restaurants, topping it off with dessert from the ice cream shop or a relaxing cup of Joe at the local coffee shop.  Be sure to bring your family along for a nice weekend in Beaufort County.  If you decide to make it a long weekend in Beaufort County, consider a kayak rental from our local bike shop, Inner Banks Outfitters, and enjoy a paddle on the Pamlico River.  If you’re up for more cycling during your visit, take a leisurely spin to Bath, the oldest town in North Carolina which was also home to Blackbeard the Pirate.  Bath is located approximately 20 miles east of Washington.

We look forward to you joining us for the Mid Atlantic 12/24.  If we can be of any assistance to you in regards to the event or our area, feel free to contact us at maxwell@midatlanticultrasports.com .
